Each session has a Nidra written especially for the season to help you connect to the cycles of nature around you.
Options are given for people who might find some shapes tricky due to aches and pains.

Easy parking in the car park right outside the hall.
Specialist Occupational Therapist & Hatha Yoga Teacher
I teach gentle yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga and yoga Nidra. I started my personal yoga practise in 2002 and have since studied with many teachers from various yoga disciplines. I have been teaching Yoga in a number of settings and styles since 2021. My yoga always has an emphasis on accessibility.
In my Specialist Occupational Therapy work, I offer advice on living well with long term or progressive health conditions and using mind/body restorative practises to support sustainable symptom management and well-being. I specialise in working with people who experience fatigue and other symptoms from ME/CFS.
Yoga and OT fuse together beautifully. I have used relaxation, breathwork and mindful movement in my OT work since qualifying 15 years ago. I have worked in pulmonary rehab, hospice care, vocational rehab, learning disabilities and community/inpatient mental health, and these experiences have all influenced the way I teach my yoga. I weave in elements of the cycles of the seasons and the moon to my work.
