MOHIITO is a brand new fitness studio and personal training gym and ahead of their official launch you can join the fitness-fun for free at their summer pop up on August 20th.


One of the first boutique fitness studios in Bristol, MOHIITO is a unique immersive fitness brand bringing the winning combination of exertainment and results to the Clifton community.  Running HIIT classes , barre classes and offering high level personal training, this studio is the first independent boutique fitness studio in Bristol specialising in HIIT classes.


Choose from one of our signature workouts and try a MHTO style fitness class on us!


M POWER @ 8.30am – 45 minute class

MOHIITO’s signature fitness class, M POWER, is a high-octane HIIT workout that combines cardio and strength training for an all-round conditioning workout.

This high octane total body-sculpting session is 45 minutes of heart-pumping, endorphin-flowing cardio and strength intervals. Low impact row-based training packs a punch, working almost every muscle in your body, then we switch it up with expertly designed resistance and core training. Ideal for those who want a full body workout and fat loss results.


M BODY @ 9.45am  – 45 minute class
Our barre class, (co-created by experienced barre instructor Elle Kealy and Equinox alumni Ajia Lee Forster), a low impact, but high intensity barre workout that focuses on strengthening and lengthening through small, precise movements. Barre uses light weights, props and a barre to target the core, tone the body and create that lean, long and strong physique. If you’ve never tried barre before, come along and find out what the fuss is about. (It’s the celebs fave for a reason!)

Spaces are limited to 12 per class, so book early to save a spot.
