Join Craig from Soundworks on Sunday the 19th of March for this Spring Equinox Group Sound Meditation.

Hosted in the lovely Coach Hall at The Chantry, guests are welcomed to settle in to a deep, relaxed state guided by Craig and his various sound tools and instruments. You will experience the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, the Gong and the beautiful tones of the Handpan to name a few.

Everybody is welcome as we celebrate the welcoming of Spring together. The determined shoots of the bulbs that sat dormant through the cold are ready to begin pushing their way above ground. This session shall focus on generating the energy and soft power that will help us step forward, to bloom in full colour, just as nature shall set example. As always, you are free to drift away to wherever the sound may take you.
