World Peace One Note at a Time…

We’re delighted that The Fantasy Orchestra has included Rockaway Park on their Magical Bicycle Tour as they cycle from Bristol to Bradford on Avon at the end of May, playing gigs along the way!

Led by Jesse D Vernon, this exciting community project’s motto – ‘World Peace One Note at a Time’ – brings together 50+ musicians, both professional and amateur, to create a kaleidoscopic symphonic brigade.

With an eclectic repertoire, which includes film soundtracks (Morricone, Barry, RD Burman), rock and pop favourites (Hendrix, Beatles, Bowie, Radiohead), and some more obscure treasures, it’s going to be a cracking night. Think psychedelic loveliness, rousing choral noise, and some choice costumes.

The Vegan Cafe will be serving hot food, snacks and hot or cold drinks, plus there’s a bar and a fantastic market of local independent artists, crafters and makers.

This is a stand up gig with seating available on request. There’s also a limited number of tickets available on the door for £7. For all the details and to book, head to Our Events page.
