Did you know that MPs (Members of Parliament) pay attention to global poverty issues based on calls from constituents? Join us for a 20-minute informational session to learn how you can volunteer with The Borgen Project, an international nonprofit organisation working to make poverty a focus of U.K. foreign policy.

In this session, you will learn about:

Current legislation regarding international aid and the FCDO’s role.
How to volunteer remotely from your own community.
The Borgen Project’s innovative approach to advocacy.
